Once you confirm that you would like recruitment support, a professional and informative vacancy advert is placed on a leading national job board. This advert promotes both your school and the opportunity you are looking to fill.
Highly qualified and suitable candidates are engaged with promptly, which is a key factor in the success of the service.
Candidates are then screened over a Teams meeting. This is the best way to learn more about the individual, observe their presentation skills, and assess their professionalism and conduct. It also provides another opportunity to promote your school and the role you are recruiting for.
After ID and RTW checks are completed, a detailed candidate profile is shared with your school, outlining their experiences and explaining why they are a good match for the role. If you are interested in the candidate, their contact details are shared with you.
Interview arrangements are supported as needed, and all parties are kept informed about the next steps in the process.
If you offer employment to the candidate for this or any other role within the next 12 months, the set fee becomes chargeable.
